Each Moon & Gold piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully assembled by hand in small batches. As a result, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other supported methods at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns in line with UK consumer law. Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Earrings and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
